Terms & Conditions

Our goal is to ensure all of our guests enjoy their stay at The Eliza Thompson House in historic Savannah. We ask that you please respect the following terms and conditions during your stay. Unless otherwise stated, these condition apply to all guests.

• All rooms at The Eliza Thompson House are non-smoking rooms.
• Children under the age of 21 are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Check in is at 4 p.m., check out is 11 a.m.
• The Savannah hotel/motel tax of 13% is not included in the listed room rates.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made seven days in advance. Cancellations made after seven days are subject to forfeiture of their deposit of one night's room and tax.

Parking

Parking at The Eliza Thompson House is limited to street parking. At check-in you may purchase a parking pass for $15 per day.
